The Research Framework of Integrated Transportation Planning Based on Transportation Demand

Based on the existing grave defects of integrated transportation planning theory and the premise of re-recognizing the transportation demand, the framework of integrated transportation planning research is established. This framework uses the transportation demand as the guidance. The resource and technology supply is treated as the constraint. Moreover, this paper tries to attain social and economic effectiveness maximization. Furthermore, the value movement is the logic thread.
