摘    要:对商业中心区的货运交通情况进行分析,总结了货运车辆运行规律和停车规律,深入研究配送货运交通活动对路段行驶车速的影响情况,结果表明商业中心区道路的货运车辆流量、停车次数和停车时长均是影响路段行驶速度的主要因素;进一步分别对商业中心区干路和支路建立货运车辆和客运车辆混合行驶的交通流模型,以及商业中心区有货运车辆参与的路段交通流特性函数,这为正确分析车辆的运行状态、合理判断车辆的路段行驶时间和计算配送路线行程时间等提供参考。

Abstract:This paper analyses the freight conditions in the commercial central area, summarizes the freight operating rule and the parking rule, and then studies the influence of the allocation freight activities on road running speed. The conclusion indicates that the freight volume, the number of parking and the parking time in the commercial central are the main factors influencing road running speed. The paper further separately establishes the model of mixed travel flow of allocation vehicles and the social vehicles on the main and branch road in the business central area, as well as the characteristic function of flow which include freight vehicles in the commercial central area. In the end, this paper provides the reference for correctly analyzing the moving status of vehicles, reasonably judging the road travel time of vehicles and computing route travel time of allocation vehicles, and so on.
