北京市大型活动交通组织规划研究

北京市每年举办万人以上的大型活动超过100场，如何保证大型活动交通顺畅，同时减少对城市日常交通的影响，是大型活动能否成功举行的关键，也是交通组织管理者面临的难题. 本文首先从交通角度对大型活动进行定义，分析交通组织的特点和难点；然后提出大型活动交通组织规划的原则和方法；最后以顺义成功举办的第七届中国花卉博览会为案例，分析交通组织规划和实施情况，为今后大型活动交通组织规划提供借鉴和思路.

Study on Traffic Organization for Large Special Events in Beijing

In Beijing, over 100 large special events were held every year. How to keep the traffic smoothly and reduce the impact on daily traffic during the event time is a key point of a successful large event. It’s also an important problem to the traffic organizer and manager. This article defines large special events from traffic aspect, analysis the characteristics and difficulties of traffic organization, provides traffic planning guidelines for large special events, and then takes the 7th China Flower Expo in Shunyi as an example, discusses traffic planning and implementation for large special events. Hope this article may provide helpful experience for large special events traffic planning.
