| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍南中轴快速公交线路概况的基础上，从运行环境、服务水平、投资收益三方面分析了快速公交的实施效果。对南中轴常规公交线路分期分批进行调整后，走廊上的运行环境大为改善，走廊上的机动车流量和车速都有了明显提高；公交服务水平大幅提高，乘客节约了出行时间、满意度上升，公交车速度提高、延误下降、准点率提高、运输效率提高；企业投资收益明显，BRT的确是介于轨道交通与常规公交之间的“第三种方式”。当然，对存在的问题也提出了建议，目的是为快速公交系统的运营和规划设计提供参考依据。
