| 摘 要： | 城市交通状态可以用路网机动车平均行程速度来衡量，是居民出行行为在城市道路网络上形成的结果，随城市交通出行需求和交通供给的变化而动态变化．本文采用道路网络理想承载力来衡量交通供给，采用基于居民出行特性的机动车交通强度来衡量交通需求，使路网交通承载力与交通强度可以在同样的度量单位下进行比较，用交通负荷比来表示交通需求和交通供给的匹配程度，进而可以计算出以平均行程车速衡量的交通状态．最后，以北京市2005年数据为例，验证了模型方法的有效性．
