| 摘 要： | 首先给出了一种增广的用户平衡配流问题的优化模型及求解算法，然后提出了一个从 路段流量估计OD交通量的双层规划棋型及求解算法.由于新方法再生迭代无需计算和存贮路 径流量，只需用到路段流量，因此可以适用于大型城市交通网的OD需求估计向题.

| Abstract: | In this paper, an augmented user equilibrium model and solving algorithm are proposed and then a new approach for the O-D matrix estimation problem from link traffic flows
is also proposed. The algorithm is required only the variable of link flows, not necessary to calculate and store the variable of path flows. so the new algorithm may be applied to largescale transportation network problems. The Numerical examples are used to illustrate the applications of the proposed algorithm.
