摘    要:通过研究多阶段综合交通网络设计问题,本文提出需求不确定条件下双层规划模型.上层规划为在资金预算约束下实现所有需求情景下消费者剩余的最大化,下层规划在上层规划的网络投资决策下,考虑了多种运输方式的协作、流量均衡和能力负荷约束,实现不同需求情景对应的消费者剩余最大化.并通过算例分析对模型和算法的有效性进行验证.与已有的研究相比,本文所建立的模型能够同时优化综合交通网络的最终形态及其建设时序,既考虑了各年度交通基础设施建设与交通需求的协调发展,又体现了交通方式间的协作与平衡发展,为区域综合交通网络的逐步完善提供较好的辅助决策支持.
