| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the protective effects of Ligustrazine on ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat kidneys.Methods Influence of Ligustrazine for injection on the changes of plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) as well as the morphology of injured tubule was observed after ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat kidneys.Results In Ligustrazine group, the levels of plasma SOD were significantly higher, but the levels of plasma MDA and ET-1 and the pathological grading of injured renal tubule were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine has a protective effect on rat kidneys with ischemia-reperfusion injury. |
