| 摘 要： | 为研究肺癌与性激素及其受体之间的关系，运用酶联亲合组化法对53例肺癌组织中雌激素受体（ER）和孕激素受体（PR）进行了检测。结果：ER、PR阳性率分别为49．1％、54．7％，其阳性颗粒大部分位于癌细胞浆中（占58．2％）；早、中期患者的ER及PR阳性率较高；鳞癌PR阳性率（73．1％）高于小细胞癌（33．3％），腺癌ER阳性率较高，细胞分化好的ER阳性率较高（60％）。提示ER、PR存在于部分肺癌组织中，癌的发生和发展与性激素的影响有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | To discuss the relationship between pulmonay carcinoma and sex hormone and its recep-tor, this study used enzyme linked affinity histo-chemical method to examine estrogen receptor(ER)and progestron receptor (PR) in the tissues of 53 cases of pulmonary carcinoma. Results: The posi-tive rate of ER and PR was 49. 1%(26/53) and 54. 7% (29/53) respectively, and most of its gran-ules existed in cytoplasm (58. 2% ). The results of ER and PR had close relationship to the stage of the patient. They were higher in the early and medialstages than those in the advanced stage. The posi-tive rate of PR in the squmous carcinoma was higher (73. 1 % ) than that in the small cell carcinoma. And the rate of ER in the adenoma carcinoma or in dif-ferential cells was also high. Conclusions: ER and PR exist in the parenchyma of the tumor. The oc.currence and development of pulmonary carcinoma are related to sex hormone. |
