| 摘 要： | 从 1995年哈同公路建设项目起 ,工程建设监理在我省开始进入全面实行阶段 ,但在实际执行中 ,与国际贯例的FIDIC监理模式相比 ,存在着很大差距 ,更多地是一种混合型的监理模式。文中阐述了这种模式的表现形式及其存在的根源 ,对其利弊进行了分析 ,并为进一步规范工程建设监理制度提出了几点建议。
