| 摘 要： | 根据高速公路使用性能要求,结合重庆市高速公路服务现状,选取高速公路养护及服务质量评价指标,形成具有简单、可测、易获得、可靠、典型性5大特点的高速公路养护及服务质量评价体系,有助于解决养护难等问题,改善高速公路服务水平,保障使用者合法权益。

| Abstract: | Based on the performance requirement of highway and status in quo of Chongqing highway,the evaluation indexes of maintenance and service quality of Chongqing highway are selected,and the quality evaluation system which is simple,predictable,easy available,reliable and typical,is established.Therefore,this system can help to solve the difficult maintenance problem,to improve the highway service,and to protect the users' legitimate rights and interests. |
