摘    要:在分析道路交通系统特征和交通安全影响因素的基础上,应用层次分析法构建了具有干线公路特点的道路安全性评价指标体系并确定指标权重;提出了定性分析与定量计算相结合的公路安全性评价方法-综合评价指数法与模糊综合评价法。通过对某省干线公路安全性评价项目的实际分析,证明该评价方法合理并可靠。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of traffic network characteristics and factors affecting the road safety,analytical hierarchy process has established safety evaluation system for arterial highways as well as index-measuring approach;in accordance with reality of arterial highway safety evaluation,analytical hierarchy process has also proposed evaluation approaches that combine qualitative analysis with quantitative computation,namely,comprehensive evaluation exponent and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Through the app...
