| 摘 要： | 分析了物流系统不确定性的基本类型,给出了物流系统柔性的定义、性质和类型,建立了物流系统柔性研究的总体框架,比较了物流系统柔性度量的两种不同思路,并提出了实现物流系统柔性能力的策略.
