摘    要:以不确定层次分析法为基础,应用群判断、集值统计和重心决策理论,根据铁路砼桥梁的结构特点,构造了综合性能影响因素的层次结构,建立了既有铁路砼桥梁的综合评价模型,并将其应用于铁路既有砼桥梁综合性能的评价中,具有一定的实用性.

Abstract:Based on the uncertain analytical hierarchy process with the group judgment,collected value statistics and barycenter decision theory,a hierarchy structure of factors affecting comprehensive performance is generated and comprehensive evaluation models of existing railway concrete bridge according to the structural characteristics of a concrete bridge are built.The application of these evaluation models produces some practicable results.
