二灰碎石配合比研究

摘    要:如何克服以二灰稳定粒料材料作为基层材料的不足,从而提高公路的使用性能成为道路工程界长期以来普遍关注的课题.本研究选择不同二灰含量,不同集料级配类型组成9种不同配合比的混合料,通过室内无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量及干、温缩试验,系统分析了结合料剂量、集料级配类型和养生龄期等因素对二灰稳定粒料强度特性及收缩性能的影响,获得了强度特性及收缩性能的变化规律,在此基础上提出了满足基层强度和收缩性能两方面要求的二灰稳定粒料材料组成与推荐级配.

Abstract:How to compensate the lacking of lime-flyash stabilization aggregate as base course material and how to improve the useful capability of highway were more and more concentrated.According to choose 9 mixtures which are composed of different lime-flyash content and different aggregate gradation,regulations of mechanics capability and shrinkage capability can be found by series of experiments and analyses about several factors such as binder content,graded style and curing time.Meanwhile,based on these regulations,the gradation and composition of the lime-flyash stabilization aggregate which are satisfied the requires of base course's strength and shrinkage capability can be proposed.
