基于WebGIS的建设用地监管系统设计与实现

摘    要:传统的土地监管业务流程采用“以数管地”模式,无法快速掌握和分析国土部门的征地以及供地数据,在此基础上采用“以图管地”模式,在信息化的平台上实现图、数、实地的一致。利用WebGIS强大的数据管理、空间分析功能设计歼发无锡市滨湖建设用地监管系统,实现对建设用地监管数据的统一管理、分析和辅助决策,满足建设用地监管“以图管地”、统计分析各阶段业务需要,提高建设用地监管工作效率,为土地决策提供快速而有力地支撑。

Abstract:To manage the and based on data is the traditional mode used by the land management department, but which can not master or analyze land acquisition data and land supply data quickly. A new way to manage the land based on map is established to realize the consistence of map, data and field position in the information technology platform. A construction land supervision system is designed and developed to implement the centralized magagement, analysis and decision-making support based on WebGIS. The system can meet the needs, including, statisitical analysis and so on, greatly improve the efficiency of land supervision,and give the support {or land decision-making.
