大跨度钢斜拉桥的施工研究

摘    要:随着现代科学技术的发展和大型现代化施工设备的应用,大跨度钢斜拉桥的设计和施工成为可能。为了满足安全、耐久、美观及各项设计要求,大跨度钢斜拉桥的科学施工尤为重要。结合安庆长江公路大桥的施工实践,论述了该桥主梁、主桥索塔、斜拉索的施工技术要点。并对安庆长江公路大桥施工中引起的索力和塔顶位移的变化影响作了进一步的研究。得出了对斜拉索进行二次张拉及索力不断地进行调整优化和科学合理的施工控制有力地指导了大跨度钢斜拉桥的施工。也为类似斜拉桥的施工提供了科学依据和经验。

Abstract:With the development of contemporary science and technology and the application of big modernized construction equipments, design and construction of long-span steel cable-stayed bridge become possible. In order to meet the needs of safety, endurance, and appearance, scientific construction of the bridge tends to be very important. In view of the construction of Anqing Changjiang River Highway Bridge, construction technique features of main beam, main tower and stay cable are described. Moreover, the variations of cable stress and tower top displace are feather studied in the construction of Anqing Changjiang River Highway Bridge. Consequently, the two times tensioning of stay cable, gradual adjustment and optimization of cable stress and scientific, valid construction control powerfully guide the construction of long-span steel cable-stayed bridge. The article presents some scientific evidence and experience referred to by the similar constructions
