| 摘 要： | 为充分发挥物流企业的优势,提高其在本行业内的竞争力,组建物流联盟,促进互补合作是一个有效的方法。联盟企业间利益的合理分配是联盟稳定、协调发展的基础。根据利益分配的4条原则,将物流联盟成员间利益分配模型化,并从博弈的角度,计算出各企业的合理收益。

| Abstract: | It is an effective way to form logistics alliance in order to give full play to the advantage of logis- tics enterprises and improve the competitiveness. The rational allocation of benefits between enterprises is the base of the stable development of this alliance. With reference to the principles from the distribution of benefits, a model is formed to distribute the interests among the members in the alliance. Then, calculation is made on the reasonable income of every enterprise by using the game theory. |
