摘    要:介绍基于虚拟仪器技术的液压系统故障快速检测系统的硬件组成和软件功能,系统采用集成负荷阀的传感器组进行参数检测,具有结构简单、连接操作方便、检测界面友好的特点,可以准确地测量液压系统的工作状态参数,诊断液压系统的常见故障。

Abstract:It presents the hardware structure and software function of the rapid fault testing system for hy- draulic system based on virtual instrument technology. This system adopts the sensor group of integrated loading valve to test the operating parameters, which has advantages of simple structure, convenient oper- ating and accessible interface. So it can determine accurately the operating parameters of the hydraulic sys- tem and test the common faults.
