| 摘 要： | 交通需求管理（TDM）在发达国家已得到重视并开始实施，并且成为解决当前交通问题的有效措施。中国作为一个发展中国家，存在同样的变通问题．需要引入TDM管理思想。综合分析了TDM在几个发达国家的应用情况厦其经验．提出了若干中国城市交通管理的措施。

| Abstract: | The traffic demand management (TDM) has been recognized and put into practice, and proved to the indispensable effective solution to the present traffic. As a developing country, China also needs to introduce the idea of TDM. The application and experience of TDM in some developed countries are provided to be referred to by China. |
