摘    要:交叉口信号控制在城市交通管理中占有举足轻重的地位。在现有的交通设施条件下,充分挖掘交通控制系统的功能,通过协调城市主干路各交叉口的信号配时,可以有效改善城市主干路的通畅性,缓解城市交通紧张问题。本文概括城市主干路协调控制的基本原理、措施,以广东省河源市主干路为例,运用干线协调控制理论,建立线控系统,通过SYNCHRO软件对系统进行优化,利用VISSIM仿真软件对线控实施前后道路的运行状况进行对比。结果显示:采用线控优化后,该干线高峰时段的车辆延误和平均行程速度都有显著提高。

Abstract:The signal control at intersection plays a decisive role in city traffic management. Under the conditions of existing transport infrastructures, through coordinate the traffic signals at intersections of urban arterial roads, the traffic congestions can be effectively released. In the paper, the basic principle of coordi- nation controls and the measures for urban arterial roads have been summarized. By applying the theory of arterial coordination control and taking the Jianshe Road in Heyuan of Guangdong as examples, the traffic signal control system for six intersection on the arterial road is established. The system is optimized by using the software Synchro. By using the simulation software VISSIM, the operational states of the roads are compared. The study results show that by taking the optimization measures, the average delays and the average travel speeds in the rush hours has been improved greatly.
