| 摘 要： | 城市轨道交通具有财务效益和国民经济效益两种属性,而国民经济效益的优劣成为修建城市轨道交通的决定条件。首先分析城市轨道交通国民经济效益评价的工作流程,接着论述多层次模糊评判模型的基本思路,最后用该模型论证成都地铁2号线一期工程国民经济效益评价为"较满意"。

| Abstract: | The urban rail transit has two properties of the financial benefit and the national economic benefit, but the pros and cons of national economic benefit become the decision condition, which makes the urban rail transit. Firstly,this thesis analyzes the workflow of the urban rail transit. Then, it studies the main idea of the Multi-level fuzzy Appraisement. Finally using a case analysis demonstrates the model. |
