| 摘 要： | 随着计算机的广泛应用及网络技术的日益完善，出现了网络会计．大大弥补了会计电算化的不足，提供给我们更加及时、全面、并有针对性的会计信息．并且实现了资源共享。通过对网络会计特点的分析。对网络会计对会计实务的影响进行了论述，提出了网络会计中存在问题及对策。
