适用于高墩桥梁的桥墩检测装置

近年来高墩桥梁大量出现,传统的桥梁检测方法对于此类高墩桥梁桥墩的检测不完整,为此提出一种桥墩外观检测装置的构思,利用架设在桥墩周围的水平支撑架,采用行走轮在墩柱外表面上下行走,通过检测头获取桥墩外观的病害信息。该装置既对墩柱外观进行详细的近距离检查,避免搭设支架存在的诸多不便,而且在使用过程中无需破坏墩柱主体结构,同时操作上方便,检测结果直观、准确。

Pier Detection Device Suitable for High Pier Bridge

In recent years,the construction of infrastructure in our country presents the situation of make a spurt of progress, high grade line makes the emergence of a large number of high pier bridge. But the traditional detection methods of bridge detection for high pier bridge piers are not in place. This paper presents a pier appearance detection device design. Around the pier erection level support frame,the wheels of device turn slowly on the outer surface of the pier and get the disease information of bridge piers by detecting head. The device can be detailed close examination of the pier column appearance, but also avoid the inconvenience of a bracket. Without the destruction of the main pier column structure in the use of the process,at the same time, the operation more convenient,the detection results are more direct and accurate.
