高速公路车速控制分析

分析现阶段我国高速公路安全状况存在的问题,分别从人、车、路、环境和管理5个方面分析影响车速的因素,从速度与事故量、速度与事故严重性两方面阐述速度与安全的关系,最后,从我国的实际国情出发,提出高速公路车速控制的方法,为我国其它地方高速公路车速控制方案的制定提供借鉴。

Discussion on Highway Speed Control

This paper analyze the problems existing in the highway traffic safety situation in China at present. It analyzes the factors that influence the speed from the aspects of people, vehicles, road, environment and management. It expounds the relation between the speed and security on the basis of analysis around the accidents and speed and around the accident severity and speed. Finally, highway speed control method is proposed from the actual situation in our country, in order to to provide reference for the establishment of the speed control scheme in other places in China.
