摘    要:以桥梁橡胶支座和刚性纤维两种材料组合为研究对象,探讨桥梁橡胶支座的受力特点、刚性纤维的材料特性及二者组合后作为桥梁支座共同受力的优势。结果表明:橡胶支座在反复循环荷载作用下,极易发生疲劳破坏,即支座出现开裂、起鼓、局部脱空等各种病害。为降低支座老化速率,提出"纤维橡胶支座",给出纤维橡胶支座平面构造、纤维橡胶支座展现的、纤维橡胶支座设计实施方案以及纤维橡胶支座体现的预期成果、实践意义和应用价值。结果表明:纤维与橡胶支座进行组合,大大发挥纤维的抗拉能力,提高支座使用寿命。

Abstract:The replacement of bridge bearing is a serious problem in the field of bridge reinforcement and maintenance. The thesis analyze he main stress process of bridge rubber bearing, material characteristics of steel fiber and common stress performance of the combination of this two materials individually based on the studies on the combination of bridge rubber bearing and rigid fiber. The analysis shows that there will be fatigue failures to rubber bearing if cyclic accumulate strain values goes over the stress-strain curve profile. That is there will be some issues with the bearing, such as new feature. The combination of steel fiber and rubber bearing can give full play of steel fiber's speciality, extend service life.
