钢纤维混凝土配合比试验分析

摘    要:影响铜纤维混凝土强度的因素很多,运用正交试验法对铜纤维混凝土的水灰比、钢纤维体积率、砂率与钢纤维混凝土强度的关系进行讨论,找到适合工程应用的钢纤维混凝土最佳配合比,并采用直观法和方差法对结果进行处理,得到适合工程需要的钢纤维混凝土最佳配合比。

Abstract:Because there are many factors affecting strength of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete, the author use orthogonal test method to discuss about relations between water-cement ratio of steel fiber reinforced concrete, steel fiber volume rate, sand percentage and strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete, in order to find the best ratio of steel fiber reinforced concrete suitable for engineering applications. In addition, an intuitive method and variance method are used to deal with the results ancl a number of valuable conclusions are obtained.
