区域交通转型发展对策

浙江省交通状况已进入转型发展阶段，以省域交通发展不平衡性、不稳定性为背景，在分析当前台州市区域交通公路建设面临后发追赶、保障畅通、协调发展和适度超前4个困境的基础上，提出了台州市区域交通战略定位，并根据自身设施落后、财力薄弱的缺点，从交通公路重点建设项目、交通公路运行效率提升、交通公路建设发展、壮大统筹区域交通发展能力4个领域，具体描绘台州市区域交通发展蓝图。

The Strategy Exploration of Area Traffic Transitional Development

Zhejiang traffic has developed into a transitional phrase and is very unbalanced and unstable between areas. On the basis of analysing the four puzzledoms of chasing afterwards,keeping smooth,developing in phase and exceed measurably which is facing in the present road construction and also according to its unenlightened facilities and unsubstantial financial ability,it puts forward the orientation of traffic strategy and describes concretely the blueprint of traffic development in Taizhou areas from the four domains of the main construction items for the traffic road ,upgrading the traffic road operating efficiency,the rolling development of traffic road construction and hightening the traffic development ability between areas.
