| 摘 要： | 随着公路基础设施建设的发展规模不断扩大，对环境的压力也愈来愈重，公路建设项目由于涉及大范围的生态环境变化问题，因此，需要做出科学的评价并采取有效的预防或补救措施。通过分析公路工程对环境的影响，提出从工程前期、施工阶段和公路营运期3个阶段对环境采取保护措施。

Road building item usually contains wide environmenal changing problem, it needs scientific comment and play effective protection and countermeasure. By analyzing the influence of road project to environment, effers related environmental protection measure within the three stages, as previous projects construction stage and road management time. |
