平板式汽车制动检测台结构设计

摘    要:平板式制动检测台能更好地检测汽车动态下的制动性能,检测9座以下前驱乘用车制动性能,由于车轮抱死导致制动力测试不合格,驾驶员对测试结果质疑时或对于无法用滚筒反力式制动检测台检测的车辆宜用平板式制动检测台进行检测。国内由于各检测站多年来普遍采用滚筒式制动检测台,而平板式内部件不外露,因此,对其构造了解很少。针对此问题,探讨平板式汽车制动检测台的机械结构,以弥补对平板式制动检测台认识上的不足。

Abstract:With the family cars increasing rapidly in our country,flat slab brake tester gets wide application re- cently.This tester can detect brake performance under dynamic condition,so is used for testing front wheel drive type 9 seat passenger cars.The tester is also suitable for the vehicles with abnormal brake force because of brake lock,and vehicles which cannot be tested by roller anti-force type brake tester.Little research work has been done about the tester in our country because many vehicle test stations have not used this type of tester.the paper discusses the structure and design of the tester.
