沥青稳定碎石水稳定性评价方法研究

摘    要:对大粒径沥青稳定碎石三种级配进行大型马歇尔试件成型试验,并进行残留稳定度试验、真空饱水残留稳定度试验及冻融劈裂试验结果的分析比较,分别对比了三种试验方法的试验结果,认为仅简单进行浸水残留稳定度试验无法很好地介入到沥青膜与集料的界面,对混合料水损坏的模拟不够充分,而后两种试验在试验结果上表现出一定的一致性,并能够体现出不同级配之间的差异,是在性能验证中可以使用的评价方法。

Abstract:Large-sized Marshall specimens of 3 different gradations' anti-water damage performance are tested by three methods,which contain residual stability test,vacuum-water-saturated residual stability test and freeze- thaw split test.After comparing and analyzing of their results,the conclusions tell that the residual stability test is too simple to make water get to the surface between asphalt and aggregate,which is the main factor of water damage.The last two methods show their compatibility and evaluate the performance of these 3 gradations cor- rectly.
