预应力连续刚结构桥梁病害治理技术

摘    要:黄沙大桥预应力混凝土箱梁底板出现大面积的混凝土崩裂、破碎等病害,经过病害治理,取得良好的工程效果。结合工程实践,详细分析病害产生的原因,重点介绍病害处治方案、施工工艺流程及施工注意事项等病害治理技术,为类似工程提供可借鉴的资料。

Abstract:Good effect is achieved after treatment in Huangsha bridge,which is a prestressed concrete con- tinuous rigid-frame box girder bridge and had encountered some quality problems in the base slab such as concrete crack and fragmentation in big area. Taking the project for example, the paper analyses the rea- son of the quality bug in detail, emphasizes the scheme of treament for such problems described as before, the technics process ,notices of construction, et al. ,which could be helpful for the simuliar project.
