| 摘 要： | 列车运行图的编制质量直接影响整个铁路运输组织工作水平。随着路网逐步完善，面对更高的要求，现有运行图编制管理体制中存在的问题逐渐凸现出来。论述运行图编制管理机构和流程中存在的问题，通过对编图流程分析，提出流程优化再造目标及构建专业化编图队伍，采用并行工程和建设支持流程的编图信息系统等再造措施。
