道路运输站场属性评价指标体系构建

在道路运输站场规划过程中，依据公共产品理论和公共选择理论，将站场属性划分成公共服务属性和经营属性。以规划建设站场项目的工可报告内容为资源，以公共物品理论和公共选择理论为指导，按照站场的不同属性划分进行指标选取，给每一个选定的指标做出定义，建立相应的数学模型，最后确定属性评价指标体系。
