| 摘 要： | 物流园区的经济性是影响物流园区投资的主要因素,不同的投资方案对应不同的经济性。运用层次分析法处理评价过程中各因素的权重问题,再利用灰色关联决策对物流园区投资方案相关因素进行综合评价,确定最优方案。

| Abstract: | The economic characteristic of distribution parks is the primary factor that influences the park investment. Different investment project is corresponding with different economy. This paper adopts various factors' weighting set with AHP, then evaluates distribution park investment projects synthetically based on gray relational decision-making, and finally confirms the optimized project. |
