| 摘 要： | 以成什绵高速公路为例，以环境资源价值理论为依据，探讨高速公路建设生态环境影响的价值核算方法，基于此对成什绵高速公路建设的主要生态环境影响因子的价值损失进行核算，并利用费用一效益分析法从生态价值损失角度分析该工程的可行性。结果表明：该高速公路建设造成的生态环境价值损失为102075．97万元，考虑生态价值损失的BCR值为4．24。
