| 摘 要： | 以我国高速铁路客运专线的建设现状为出发点,分析项目后评价的研究现状,针对我国存在高速铁路客运专线建设项目达不到预期目标的问题,提出亟需对已建成的项目进行合理的评价,重点研究客运专线后评价体系的组成内容,并就各部分内容建立后评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the research status of post-evaluation as the starting point to the construction status of passenger Dedicated Lines(High Speed Railway).It needs to evaluate the projects which have been completed reasonably in our country,because some construction of passenger dedicated line projects could not reach the expected goals.We research the contents of the post-evaluation system,and establish post-evaluation indexes system for every part. |
