| Abstract: | Shenyang organized the 6th HIS in march 2009.For scientifically input、adjust、expand and analysis the data records,we compiled the Shenyang HIS Records Statistical and Analytic System（SY-HIS-SAS） based on Access Database.We gave an introduction of SY-HIS-SAS to input the data records,validate the data records,analyze the sample data records,seed and expand the data records,adjust the data records using cordons and analyze the data records under modifications. |
