| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡协调发展，必须重视农村公路建设。通过对开普封层结构特点分析和施工问题介绍，结合重庆地区工程应用实例，证明开普封层作为农村公路建设中的一种新型路面，具有造价低廉、施工方便快捷、维护便利、行车舒适等优点，可广泛应用于农村公路建设。
