摘    要:为更好地模拟液氯在运输过程中的泄漏扩散过程,针对高斯模型引入车辆行驶方向与风向夹角,建立液氯在道路运输过程中发生泄漏事故后的扩散模型。利用MATLAB软件,对道路运输液氯泄漏事件进行模拟仿真,将其扩散区域划分为致死区、重度区、中度区和轻度区4个危险区域。通过实例模拟证明,该模型可快速预测出事故现场受有毒气体影响的程度、范围和变化趋势。最后,根据划定的危险区域确定事故现场应急疏散范围及其对应的应急策略,为现场应急救援提供参考。

Warning Area Division and Emergency Decision of Liquid Chlorine Leakage on Road Transportation
Abstract:In order to simulate the liquid chlorine leak diffusion process in the transport process better ,the angle between vehicle direction and wind direction was introduced in the Gaussian model ,and the diffusion model of the liquid chlorine leakage occurred after the road transportation accident ;by using MATLAB to simulate and diffusion area ,and it was carried out on the road transport infusion chlorine leak ,the spread risk area is divided into four dangerous areas :death area ,severe area ,moderate area and mild area ;the example proved that this model can quickly predict the extent of the accident ,the scope and the change trend in every area . Finally , according to the defined dangerous areas to determine the scope of the accident emergency evacuation and corresponding emergency strategy and provide a reference for the emergency rescue .
