| 摘 要： | 随着中国经济建设的发展，工程项目在数量、规模、投资额度等都超过以往。在现代化交通管理体系的建设中，交通信息化管理具有十分重要的意义。如何利用现代化的信息技术手段和高效的项目管理技术，对公路建设项目进行有效地计划、组织、协调和控制，建立一套完整的公路工程建设管理系统成为公路建设管理关注的焦点。
