基坑施工变形分析与安全风险技术管控重点

摘    要:以北京地铁10号线慈寿寺站明挖基坑为例,通过建立严密的监控量测体系,对基坑周边地表沉降、管线沉降、桩体水平位移以及锚索拉力等项目进行监测与分析,结果表明变形主要发生在上层土方开挖阶段。结合现场巡视,从明挖基坑施工的各个阶段阐述基坑施工安全风险技术管控的重点,为同类工程提供施工参考。

Abstract:In the process of foundation pit construction, taken foundation pit in Beijing Metro Line 10 project of Cishousi station for example, the monitoring measurement system is established to analyze ground surface settlement, underground pipeline settlement, and pile body horizontal shifting and tension force. The result shows the settlement occurred in the stage of the upper earth excavation. The key points of technology management of safety risk for construction stage in foundation pit are provided.
