| 摘 要： | PPP模式是应用于公共基础设施建设的一种融资模式,风险分担是PPP项目取得成功的关键。综合考虑了投资和风险因素,提出了合理的风险分配原则和线性规划的风险分配方法,建立线性规划模型从理论上证明了项目风险分配存在最优结构,为PPP项目融资风险分配方法提供了一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | The PPP model is the nature of government and its state-owned investment company and social investment between a series of complex contracts,PPP project risk analysis on the distribution of factors,reasonable risk allocation principles and the distribution of linear programming methods.The public and private sectors to help organizations better understand the risk,the PPP model and give full play to the advantages of public-private cooperation. |
