| 摘 要： | 指出传统交通需求预测的不足，分析交通与土地利用的本质以及交通需求与土地利用的内在联系，建立土地利用与交通需求生成的相关关系模型，简化传统方法的预测过程。并简要介绍交通需求预测的模型及分类，为土地利用规划和交通规划相结合提供思路。

| Abstract: | This text points out that the traditional transportation need estimate shortage,analyzing the essence of transportation and land uses,and the inside contact of the transportation need and the land exploitations.It builds up the related relation model of the land exploitation and the transportation need,simplifying the estimate process of the traditional process.The article also introduced the model of the transportation need estimate and categorize,for provide a kind of way of combining land uses program and transportation program. |
