| 摘 要： | 针对目前道路交通事故处理过程中采取无过错责任方式，认为驾驶员是道路交通事故的主要承担者，对行人法律责任的认识不足等问题，文中给出道路交通事故中行人法律责任的科学判定流程，对目前存在的行人任意横穿马路、闯红灯等违章造成的交通事故中行人法律责任判定的难题予以解决。

| Abstract: | In the present road traffic accidents the nonfault liability is adopted that the driver is the main undertaker. For problems pedestrians,such as awareness of legal liability, it presents a scientific decision processe for pedestrian responsibility in the road traffic accidents. The difficult problems in the judgment of pedestrians liability in the accidents, such as crossing the road illegally, running red lights, will be solved. |
