| 摘 要： | 总承包企业作为市场中的竞争主体，对建筑工程的质量起着关键作用。从分析建筑工程总承包运营模式的必要性入手，对运营模式中存在问题及解决办法进行论述。得出结论：总承包企业必须找准自己的市场定位，结合现代企业管理理论，为提高总承包能力指明方向。
