| 摘 要： | 从综合交通体系规划的角度,提出通过构建运输分工合理的综合运输通道来降低运输能耗成本,通过建设"零换乘"的综合交通客运枢纽来减少道路私家车的数量,建立"无缝化"的综合交通货运枢纽以减少重复作业,通过优化城市对内、对外交通的衔接提高机动车的出行效率,使"低碳"发展理念在目前的交通规划设计中得到实现。
