| 摘 要： | 公路建设飞速发展，但其招投标过程存在很多问题和风险因素，对招投标人产生很大的影响。为了最大限度地确保工程质量、提高资金使用效益，必须科学合理地对公路工程招投标风险进行分析。结合公路招投标的特点，运用风险矩阵的方法对其进行了综合评价，提出风险因素的计算方法。
