沥青路面基层材料抗裂性能研究

摘    要:针对沥青路面的抗裂性能,采取重复施加疲劳荷载的方法对材料试件进行疲劳试验。对比分析ATB-25型沥青混合料、AC-25型沥青混合料、水泥稳定碎石及水泥乳化沥青碎石4种常用的沥青路面基层材料的抗裂性能,研究其在动静载条件下的抗裂规律。研究结果表明:4种基层材料中沥青混合料的抗开裂性能较好,其中AC-25型沥青混合料抗开裂性能最好,ATB-25型沥青混合料抗开裂性能次之,水泥稳定碎石的抗开裂性能最差;水泥剂量对水泥稳定碎石类材料终裂次数影响显著,增加水泥剂量使裂缝贯穿速度明显增大。

On cracking resistance of base material for asphalt pavement

Abstract:In this paper,aimed to the anti-cracking property of asphalt pavement,the fatigue tests which repeatedly applied fatigue load to the material specimen were carried out.Through comparative analysis of the anti-cracking property of four kinds of common base material for asphalt pavement,including ATB-25 type asphalt mixture,AC-25 type asphalt mixture,cement stabilized macadam and cement emulsified asphalt stabilized macadam,the anti-cracking law is studied under static and dynamic load conditions.The result shows that among four types base material,the AC-25 type asphalt mixture have a best cracking resistance,followed by ATB-25 type asphalt mixture,and for the cement stabilized macadam worst.Cement dosage has remarkable influence on the final crack times of cement stabilized macadam materials,and the crack penetration velocity of material increases obviously with the increase of the cement dosage.
