| 摘 要： | 库存管理是企业生产、计划和控制的基础,分析两类库存控制的方法,应用SPSS软件对案例企业的基期数据进行统计处理,确定合理的预测模型。在最低成本的基础上为企业确定合理的库存量,考虑订货提前期不同情况下建立库存控制模型,为企业在低库存成本下确定合理库存量提供依据。

| Abstract: | Inventory management is the foundation of enterprise production, planning and control, analysis of the two types of inventory control methods, the application of SPSS software for case statistical processing of the data base of the state-owned enterprises, determine reasonable prediction model, on the basis of the lowest cost for enterprises to determine the reasonable inventory level, considering the order lead time inventory control model is established under different conditions, in lower inventory costs for the enterprise provides the basis for determining reasonable inventory. |
